  • Houdini Honey Wheat

    An American style wheat beer made with pure Wisconsin honey. This cloudy looking hefe style (unfiltered) beer has a yeasty tone layered with a honey sweetness which makes this a refreshingly light brew.

    ABV: 4.6% OG: 1.056 IBU: 22.0 Glass: Pilsner Pairing: Brewhouse Chicken Sandwich, Fresh Hand-Breaded Lake Perch
  • Marquette Pilsner

    This classic German-style pilsner is golden-straw in color and is well hopped with noble type hops that give this brew a nice crisp flavor profile. A bit of residual malt sweetness can be detected in the nose as well as the flavor.

  • English Six Grain Ale

    Our owner Tom’s homebrew recipe brought up to the big scale. Brewed with barley, wheat, corn, oats, rye and rice, you can expect this easy-drinking English ale to have a complex malt profile and be complimented with a nice hop balance.

    ABV: 5.0% OG: 1.060 IBU: 28.8 Glass: Nonic Pint Pairing: Shepherd’s Pie, Elk Burger
  • Pie-Eyed India Pale Ale

    An English-style India Pale Ale aimed to accent the hops used throughout the brewing process. The malt produces a biscuity flavor while a medium hop bite adds a flowery sharpness that finishes smooth.

    ABV: 6.2% OG: 1.052 IBU: 55.0 Glass: Imperial Pint Pairing: Vegetable Indian Curry, Cajun Alfredo Cavatappi
  • Scottish Ale

    A caramel sweet beer with a malty profile. This amber toned beer has low but apparent hops. Small hints of smokiness may be found throughout this well balanced brew.

    ABV: 4.7% OG: 1.050 IBU: 22.6 Glass: Nonic Pint Pairing: ‘The Works’ Pizza, Aged Cheddar Burger
  • Stone Arch Stout

    This is a traditional oatmeal stout. Expect this, our darkest beer, to have a pleasant, full flavor and a smooth profile that may include coffee, chocolate and caramel notes. Bitterness is moderate and rounds out beautifully in the finish.

  • Vanishing Vanilla Stout

    An English-Style stout with high-grade pure vanilla added during brewing. This sweeter flavored beer is vanilla forward but finishes with flavors of smooth chocolate, caramel, and coffee. It is a perfect end of night dessert-like beer.

    We always have at least one specialty beer on tap. We brew numerous seasonal favorites as well as a few select new specialties every year to fill in the gaps.

  • Gourmet Sodas

    Stone Arch brews its own line of gourmet sodas. Each recipe uses pure cane sugar and contains no artifical sweetners. Always available is Stone Arch Root Beer – a lighter colored, all-natural root beer, directly from the tap. Other selections are rotated for a greater variety.

    Flavors: Blue Raspberry, Bubblegum, Cinnamon, Ginger Ale, Grape, Orange Cream, Vanilla Cream, and Wild Cherry.
  • Bota Vineyards – Pinot Grigio

    Floral aromas supported by flavors of lemon, vanilla, and stone fruit. A rich texture with a hint of mineral and ginger flavors extend the finish. Made using organic grapes.

  • Bota Vineyards – Reisling

    White nectarine and green apple notes culminating in an intense citrus finish. The balanced sweetness and crisp acidity make this a great wine to sip. Made using organic grapes.

  • Bota Vineyards – Chardonnay

    Refreshing and crisp with vibrant flavors of lemon, red apple and a touch of spice for a lively finish.

  • Bota Vineyards – Sauvignon Blanc

    Juicy flavors of ripe nectarine, melon, and lime zest that extend into a smoothe elongated finish.

  • Barefoot – Moscato

    Clear, clean and super sweet with a hint of effervescence

  • The Jack – Reisling

    Solid, very natural flavors of apricot, melon and green apple hints of pear and a splash of peach. Nice clean long finish

  • Beringer – White Zinfandel

    Fresh red berry, citrus, and melon with subtle hints of nutmeg and clove

  • Borgo – Pinot Grigio

    Exquistely balanced with brilliant fruity aromas, bright citrus notes, and a clean, crisp finish

  • Walnut Block – Sauvignon Blanc

    Intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits lead to hints of grapefruit and delicate fresh herbs

  • Wollersheim – Prarie Fume

    Bursting with citrus and tropical fruit aromas reminiscent of orange and grapefruit with a hint of sweetness

  • Hidden Crush – Chardonnay

    Bright flavors of lime, lemon blossom, green apple, pineapple, and white peach with refreshing crisp acidity

  • Frog’s Leap – Chardonnay

    Pure mineral clavors undersocre the light yet complex, biscuity aromas and hints of wild peach

  • Marques De Casa Concha 2011 – Chardonnay

    Rich and concentrated aromas of tasty pear, fig and toasty hazelnut. Full-bodied with distinct minerality and a core of ripe, opulent fig and pear flavors

  • Bota Vineyards – Shiraz

    This bold, succulent wine offers complex aromas of blueberry, ripe dark fruits and toasted vanilla. Made using organic grapes.

  • Bota Vineyards – Merlot

    Medium bodied and jammy with flavors of cherry and vanilla resulting from French and American oak. Made using organic grapes.

  • Bota Vineyards – Cabernet Sauvignon

    Robust aromas of dark fruit with a medium body. Supple and juicy with rich flavors of black cherry, plum and black currant. Made using organic grapes.

  • Black Ink – Red Blend

    Light and easy drinking red with berry pie fruit, pretty floral notes and nice freshness through the finish

  • Castle Rock – Pinot Noir

    Delicate aromas of violet and rose petals, complex flavors and long silky textures, with layesrs of strawberry and raspberry leading into a long finish

  • Purple Hands – Pinot Noir

    Deep red game, raspberry, strawberry, mulberry, black cherry, cola, wet red earth saffron, toasted salted chocolate

  • Spellbound – Merlot

    Demonstrates the dark yet playful fruit profile of merlot with its soft fruits and aromatics of mulling spice, fresh cedar cigar box and decadent leather

  • Gerard Bertrand Minervois Syrah

    Pure, powerful and minerally tasting, with good snap to the raspberry and wild plum flavors, which feature notes of savory herb

  • J Lohr – Cabernet Sauvignon

    Fruit aromas are black cherry, plum, and blueberry accented with a barrel bouquet of toasted pastry, dark caramel, and vanilla

  • Indian Wells – Cabernet Sauvignon

    This medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine’s inviting raspberry and cherry flavors are anchored with well-structured tannins

  • Dry Creek – Cabernet Sauvignon

    It’s beautiful – softly lush, dry and complex in jammy blackberry and cherry fruit, with a spicy, briary character that makes it savory

  • Mondavi Napa – Cabernet Sauvignon

    Aromas of blackberries, dried herbs and dried floral which follow to the palate on a rich wave of concentrated flavor

  • Marques De Casa Concha 2012 – Cabernet Sauvignon

    Luscious aromas of cherry and blackberries intertwined with cedar and smoke

  • Gascon – Malbec

    Intense aromas of blackberry, plum and a hint of mocha. Dark fruit flavors intertwine with notes of spice, licorice and chocolate

  • Immortal – Zinfandel

    Subtle aromas of red and black cherry, mineral, earthy rhubarb and red fruit, with slightly spicy characters

  • Marchesi Di Barolo Reserve

    Elegant, dry, austere but velvety, harmonious, enveloping, with abundant tannins, well expressed, but soft and comfortable
