Travel back in time to 1858, when Anton Fischer constructed our historic brewery, etching its mark on the Fox Valley's brewing landscape. Keeping the flame alive (on our seven barrel brew house), we proudly continue the tradition of crafting beers for our community today, and compliment that art with a full menu of new American cuisine and other items nodding to our roots. Stephie James overturns Nashville’s hat and boot culture with her own Iggy Pop-meets-Judy Garland panache. Born and raised in Detroit, she borrows a storytelling tradition of songwriting, but fuses it with 60's girl group sounds, echoing The Shirelles and The Marvelettes’ “Please Mr. Postman.” Her sound is subtly subversive—at one turn familiar and nostalgic, while simultaneously evoking the dawn of something new.
