Tom Lonsway, a true entrepreneur and avid traveler, began his self-employment journey in 1976 with TK Pizza, expanding it to 7 locations in NE Wisconsin. In 1988, he founded Money Saver Magazine in Green Bay and Wausau. After selling the company in 2004, Tom and his son Steve acquired the brewpub, combining their love for craft beer and culinary delights. Tom's adventurous spirit extends beyond business, as he explores the world, embracing diverse cultures and savoring exquisite wines along the way. His passion for travel and fine beverages enriches the vibrant atmosphere of Stone Arch Brewpub.

Steve

Owner

Steve's brewing journey began in college in 1991 after discovering his passion for home brewing. Partnering with his father and brother, they established Homebrew Market in 1993 then Steve further honed his skills at the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology in 1996. As Corporate Brew Master of a local brewery, he oversaw multiple locations before starting Stone Arch with his father in 2004. Steve enjoys traveling with his wife, two daughters and rescue dog, supporting the Chicago Bears, and finding solace in his yard and parlor.

Dean

Operations Manager

After 13 years away, Dean has returned to the Stone Arch family, bringing a wealth of experience from fine dining to fast/casual. His knowledge will contribute to team growth and community bonding. Dean embraces the possibilities of his new role and looks forward to fostering growth opportunities. When not focused on Stone Arch, he enjoys family time, attending live music events, hiking, camping, canoeing, and spending time with extended family. Don't hesitate to say hi to Dean during his rare moments of stillness.

Andy

Brewery Manager

Andy brings 13 years of dedication and expertise to our. Starting as a bartender, Andy's passion for brewing led him to earn a scholarship at the prestigious Siebel Institute. He transitioned to the brewery, mastering packaging, cellaring, and eventually brewing. When not creating exceptional beers, Andy enjoys trout fishing up north and cherishes moments with his two boys. With his experience and love for for craft beer and things of all flavors, Andy is an invaluable asset to the Stone Arch team.

Craig

Head Brewer

Meet Craig, the Head Brewer at Stone Arch. Craig's journey began in 2008 as a bartender and beer enthusiast at Stone Cellar. His passion for beer grew, leading him to become a full-time brewer in 2012. Eager to enhance his skills, Craig graduated from the prestigious Siebel Institute in 2015, solidifying his expertise in the craft. As the Head Brewer, he brings his dedication, knowledge, and creativity to every batch of beer. Outside of the brewery, Craig embraces the joys of being a “full-time, professional Human Being”, enjoying the company of friends, exploring the outdoors, and, as he says it, “brewing beer at Stone Arch in his spare time”.

Ben

Executive Chef

Luck brought Ben Harper to Stone Arch Brewpub when a kitchen vacancy arose while he was visiting family in Appleton from Phoenix, AZ. With 17 years of professional cooking experience, including studying French cuisine under Pascel Dionot, Ben quickly took over as the Executive Chef. Impressed by Stone Arch's community commitment, he eagerly contributes to it through his culinary skills. Ben has revamped the menu, introducing a range of delectable dishes, and regularly presents enticing weekly features that highlight our in-house brewed beers.

Courtney

Front of House Manager

Courtney is thrilled to be back at Stone Arch! With 11 years of food service experience, including her previous tenure at Stone Arch as a server and bartender, she brings a wealth of expertise. As the new front-of-house manager, Courtney looks forward to working with the wonderful people, food, and beer that Stone Arch offers. Her passion for travel, love of music, and her adorable rabbit son, Rufus, make for great conversation starters. Courtney is excited to share her knowledge, kindness, and

Beki

Director of Events and Catering

After 8 years in healthcare, Beki returned to her hospitality roots as Stone Arch's Catering & Events Director. With a passion for sustainability, local support, and wellness, Beki is the perfect fit for our team. When not planning events, she enjoys time with her husband, two boys, and rescued deaf Great Dane. Beki loves food, live music, outdoor sports, and making soy candles. For your special event needs, trust Beki's expertise as our Catering Director.

Like many on the team, Taylor wears a variety of hats at Stone Arch. As a tenured marketing professional and commercial photographer, Taylor fronts our brand development and awareness efforts all while maintaining a schedule as a first shift brewer. Find him in the woods or on a bike ride with his 10 year old daughter.

Maurisa

Retail Manager

Maurisa is a multi-talented Admin Assistant at Stone Arch. With her versatile skill set, Maurisa effortlessly transitions between her administrative duties and occasionally lending her skills behind the bar. Maurisa holds a degree in management, which equips her with the organizational expertise to keep things running smoothly day in and day out. When she’s not running laps around Stone Arch, Maurisa, a proud girl mom, enjoys live music outdoors and chasing waterfalls with her daughter.
