Daddio is a contemporary improvisational music group that combines the elements of jazz, rock, and funk in their music. Their dynamic sound incorporates Latin influences and other captivating sounds. The band's music thrives on interplay, resulting in a constantly fresh and ever-evolving experience. They perform a repertoire that includes the works of renowned artists such as Yellow Jackets, Weather Report, Sting, and Herbie Hancock, along with their own original compositions. The band consists of talented members: Tom Washatka, an award-winning saxophonist and EWI (Electronic Wind Instrument) player; Scott Dercks, a guitarist and guitar synthesizer expert; Tony Wagner, a drummer and percussionist; and Charlie Sauter, a bassist. Recently, Daddio was nominated for the 2023 WAMI (Wisconsin Area Music Industry) awards in multiple categories.
