Travel back in time to 1858, when Anton Fischer constructed our historic brewery, etching its mark on the Fox Valley's brewing landscape. Keeping the flame alive (on our seven barrel brew house), we proudly continue the tradition of crafting beers for our community today, and compliment that art with a full menu of new American cuisine and other items nodding to our roots. Click below to learn more about our storied brewing heritage and the seamless blend of history and craftsmanship that defines our identity.
