Travel back in time to 1858, when Anton Fischer constructed our historic brewery, etching its mark on the Fox Valley's brewing landscape. Keeping the flame alive (on our 7 barrel brew house), we proudly continue the tradition of crafting beers for our community today. Our StoryAndy, our newly appointed Director of Operations, brings over 15 years of dedication and expertise. He joined Stone Arch as a bartender and his passion for great beer and brewing led him to earn a scholarship at the prestigious Siebel Institute. Mastering packaging, cellaring, and brewing, he eventually became the brewery manager and a driving force of Stone Arch. When not crafting exceptional beers and leading the Arch team, Andy enjoys trout fishing up north and cherishes moments with his two boys. With his experience, leadership, and love for craft experiences and things of all flavors, Andy is an invaluable asset to the Stone Arch team.
Craig, the Head Brewer, began his journey in 2008 as a bartender and beer enthusiast at Stone Cellar. His passion for beer grew, leading him to become a full-time brewer in 2012. Eager to enhance his skills, Craig graduated from the prestigious Siebel Institute in 2015, solidifying his expertise in the craft. Outside of the brewery, Craig embraces the joys of being a “full-time, professional Human Being”, enjoying the company of friends, exploring the outdoors, and, as he says it, “brewing beer at Stone Arch in his spare time”. As the Head Brewer, he brings his dedication, knowledge, and creativity to every batch of beer.
Taylor wears a variety of hats at Stone Arch as a tenured marketing professional and commercial photographer. By day, he brews award-winning beers and by night, he crafts compelling experiences. Taylor plays a key role in Stone Arch's entertainment and socials through brand management, coordinating Stone Arch Sessions live music every Tuesday, live jazz or trivia on Thursdays, and other community events. When he's not brewing, marketing, or hosting events, Taylor unwinds in the woods, his yard, or enjoying quality time with his daughter. His eye for quality and ongoing cheerleading for his team sustain the valuable and supportive environment at Stone Arch.
Angie, our packaging leader, embodies a true passion for craft beer. When she's not ensuring each bottle is filled to perfection, you might find her cruising on a bike or creating intricate designs through knitting and crocheting. Her dedication to quality and creativity shines through in every aspect of her work at Stone Arch Brewpub.
