Tom Lonsway, a true entrepreneur and avid world traveler, began his self-employment journey in 1976 with TK Pizza, expanding it to 7 locations in NE Wisconsin. In 1988, he founded Money Saver Magazine in Green Bay and Wausau. After selling the company in 2004, Tom and his son Steve acquired the brewpub, combining their love for craft beer and culinary delights. Tom's adventurous spirit extends beyond business, as he explores the world, embracing diverse cultures and savoring exquisite wines along the way. His passion for travel and appreciation for the finer things in life enrich Stone Arch with a one-of-a-kind energy and atmosphere.
Steve's brewing path took root in 1991, after discovering the art of home brewing in college. Partnering with his father and brother, they established Homebrew Market. He refined his skills at Siebel Institute in 1996 and further honed his expertise across multiple locations as Corporate Brew Master at a local brewery, before co-founding Stone Arch in 2004. Outside of the business and community, Steve enjoys travel with his wife, two daughters, and rescue dog, cheering on the Chicago Bears, and finding solace in his yard and parlor. Driven by a passion for sustainability and community, Steve's dedication and vision shapes the principles of Stone Arch today.
Andy, our newly appointed Director of Operations, brings over 15 years of dedication and expertise. He joined Stone Arch as a bartender and his passion for great beer and brewing led him to earn a scholarship at the prestigious Siebel Institute. Mastering packaging, cellaring, and brewing, he eventually became the brewery manager and a driving force of Stone Arch. When not crafting exceptional beers and leading the Arch team, Andy enjoys trout fishing up north and cherishes moments with his two boys. With his experience, leadership, and love for craft experiences and things of all flavors, Andy is an invaluable asset to the Stone Arch team.
Craig, the Head Brewer, began his journey in 2008 as a bartender and beer enthusiast at Stone Cellar. His passion for beer grew, leading him to become a full-time brewer in 2012. Eager to enhance his skills, Craig graduated from the prestigious Siebel Institute in 2015, solidifying his expertise in the craft. Outside of the brewery, Craig embraces the joys of being a “full-time, professional Human Being”, enjoying the company of friends, exploring the outdoors, and, as he says it, “brewing beer at Stone Arch in his spare time”. As the Head Brewer, he brings his dedication, knowledge, and creativity to every batch of beer.

Ben's passion for food and community shines through the Stone Arch Brewpub kitchen in revamping the menu, introducing a range of delectable dishes, and regularly presenting enticing weekly features that highlight and compliment our in-house brewed beers.
