This limited release Cream Ale was built on a Maris Otter base with a heavy addition of flaked oats and flaked barley for a soft, smooth body. Blonde roast oats and American honey malt bring a little warmth and subtle sweetness, while Zeus hops provide clean bitterness. A whirlpool addition of Saaz and Hallertau rounds it out with a classic, easy-drinking hop character.
