Stone Arch Facilities Support Team Member

$15–$17/hr | Part-Time or Full-Time | Appleton, WI

Join the Stone Arch Brewpub team behind the scenes and help keep our historic space clean, functional, and ready to welcome guests. We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to handle daily cleaning tasks with opportunities to assist with light maintenance projects. No two days are quite the same—and that’s how we like it.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness in guest and staff areas
• Assist with light repairs, restocking, and upkeep
• Support the overall vibe and smooth operations of our brewpub

Bonus if you:

• Have basic handyperson skills
• Take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Like working independently but are still a team player

Work where the beer is cold, the team is solid, and the history runs deep.

• Perform daily cleaning of taproom, restrooms
• Ensure floors, windows, furniture, and surfaces are clean and presentable
• Take out trash, recycling, and manage waste stations as needed
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and small repairs
• Help restock cleaning supplies and notify managers when inventory runs low
• Support event setup/teardown and occasional deep cleaning projects
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleaning logs as required
• Communicate any facility issues or repairs needed to management promptly
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently or with the team

• • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and products
  • Comfortable using small hand tools and performing simple maintenance tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred but not required
