The Point of Jazz is a jazz collective led by recent graduates of the music department at University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. This week the house rhythm section consists of Kadin Yach (p) Jessie Crandall (b) and Colt Maichle (d) Every other Thursday the group plays at Stone Arch Brewpub in Appleton Wisconsin from 7:30-9:30PM. They play a one hour set featuring that week’s guest artist, then open the floor for community members to join in on their respective instruments.
