Made with 50% malted wheat, and finished with German Hallertau hops, this take on the German classic will be to the book. Expect slight banana and clove flavors from the Hefeweizen yeast strain, floral and spice notes from the hops, and a cloudy beer with high carbonation, and a thick frothy head. Though this style is full-bodied, it is a remarkably refreshing beer best enjoyed during the summer months. Drink it straight up, or serve it with a lemon, it is enjoyable regardless!
